Corporate Irresponsibility


  • On August 9, 2010 Honda announced that it will be recalling 384,000 vehicles due to a faulty ignition interlock. This failure can allow vehicles to roll away unintentionally. The cars affected are 2003 Civic and Accord models, as well as 2003 and 2004 Honda Elements. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration began investigating this issue in 2008, after 15 complaints were lodged, including 10 reports of accidents caused by this ignition interlock failure. One minor injury has been reported as a result of the issue. Vehicle not perfectly created
