Week 6: Consumer Decision Making

As for my company, they know what it is people are looking for when it comes to headphones. Customers are drawn to high based music. What could provide satisfactory for Customers taste? , making head phones that sound more louder then any other. Fit is also a major concept. As of my last blog i've posted a Monster Update introducing NEW Power Beats. It was fit Customers wanted. Having to work out with headphones that didnt slip out of their ears. Moster knows and understands that Customers are into the bass & the fit.  Monster had learned Customers do not research on their product "Beats". Their sales where mostly from the hype around the country. Monster Beats Studio Headphones run on battery with a connecting cord from the mp3 player to the headphones. Consumers know their could be a chance of custumers damaging or miss-placing the cord, customers would be forced into buy another one. Monster Beats Solo run off the energy of the mp3, the difference from the Solo's and the Studio's is that Solo's cord controls the volume witch is very important. Both cords are thick to prevent wire shortage. Selling headphones well over $100.00 will bring critics, wheather their loud enough, fit with comfort, not easily breakable just living up to the hype, witch could cause people to return theirs. Monster returns are not even well over 7% but they do a good job of making people satisfied. Over all thinking like the customer is what Monster has done with color size & shape for both Male and Female to enjoy.
